Using Hotelado
Terms of use
These terms explain hotel search and booking on Hotelado, who provides each service, and the conditions to review before confirming a reservation.

About the service
Hotelado is an independent hotel discovery directory. It helps you explore property records, locations, listed amenities, directions, and links to third-party sites. Hotelado offers booking checkout through Nuitée. Nuitée handles customer payment as merchant of record; the selected hotel provides accommodation. Review the final price, cancellation policy and supplier terms before paying.
Prices and confirmation
Choose the correct dates, guests, room and meal plan. Review the checkout total, included taxes and any charges payable at the property. Prices and availability can change until the reservation is confirmed. A payment step or prebooking reference alone is not a confirmed reservation; keep the final booking reference and status. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing reservation status or contact support before trying again.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation schedule displayed for your selected offer governs any applicable charges. Refundable offers may have deadlines; non-refundable offers or cancellations after a deadline may carry charges. A cancellation request is complete only when its status is confirmed. Any refund depends on the booked terms and payment provider processing; Hotelado does not promise a universal refund or processing time.
Manage your reservation
Keep your booking reference and private management link safe. Anyone with the private link may be able to view or manage the reservation. Use Manage booking to access the available reservation actions. For help, contact [email protected] with your reference; never send full card details.
Information can change
Property names, locations, amenities, classifications, links, and other source details may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly matched. A mapped record is not a guarantee that a property is open, accepting guests, or affiliated with Hotelado. Verify the property, address, room, price, cancellation terms, and availability directly with the provider before booking.
Third-party services and booking links
Links may send you to Booking.com or other external services, including through an affiliate tracking redirect. External sites have their own terms, privacy practices, prices, and booking conditions. A link does not mean Hotelado endorses or operates that service. Bookings made through the Nuitée checkout are subject to the displayed supplier terms and cancellation policy. External booking links remain subject to their respective providers’ terms.
Maps and source data
Map and directory information may rely on OpenStreetMap and other identified sources. OpenStreetMap data is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL); attribution and share-alike terms may apply to that data. Third-party map services are subject to their own terms.
Use of the site
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or send automated requests that impair the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
