Enter a destination, check-in and check-out dates, and the guests in each room. Open a hotel and check availability to see current offers for that search. A hotel page alone does not guarantee availability for your dates.
Compare the details
Check the room category, bed arrangement and occupancy for every room. Photos and descriptions depend on what the property supplies; check the selected offer rather than assuming every room is identical.
Review and book
Room offers show a total for the selected stay and all rooms. Review the offer and checkout breakdown for included taxes, meal plans and any charges payable at the property. The final checkout summary is the place to confirm what you will pay.

Compare the cancellation deadline and any fees. A refundable label does not mean you can cancel without charge at any time.

Open Manage booking and choose Find my booking. Enter the email you used to book to request private access links. Keep those links private: anyone with a management link can access that reservation.

Questions before you book
Do I need an account to book?
You can book as a guest. Checkout asks for the booking holder and room guest details needed for the reservation. Keep your booking reference and private management link safe.
Who handles my booking and payment?
Hotelado provides the search and booking interface. Bookings are processed through Nuitée, which handles customer payment as merchant of record. The selected property provides the accommodation.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Cancellation depends on the conditions of your booked offer. Refundable rates have specific deadlines; non-refundable rates or late cancellations may carry charges. Use Manage booking with your saved private booking link, or contact support with your booking reference.
Are hotel reviews and photos available for every property?
Hotel details, photos and reviews depend on the information supplied for each property. Review highlights appear only when supplied analysis is available; they do not replace the full guest reviews.
