Information involved in browsing
Hotelado does not require a visitor account. Booking checkout collects the booking holder and primary room guest names, email and phone. These details are saved on our server and sent to Nuitée to process the reservation. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s secure form; Hotelado does not collect card numbers. Search terms and selected filters may be sent in the page URL to display results. Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time of request in order to deliver and protect the site. Exact infrastructure log settings and retention periods have not been verified.
Website analytics
Hotelado uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand page visits and site usage. Google may process technical connection and device information, browser details and analytics identifiers. Our page-view configuration excludes URL query strings and fragments and disables advertising personalization. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policies. Google Analytics stays off until you choose Accept in our cookie notice. Reject keeps it off. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days; rejecting analytics does not prevent booking.
Maps and external resources
Hotelado maps use MapLibre and OpenFreeMap resources, with OpenStreetMap data attribution. Secure payment forms load Nuitée and Stripe resources. Those requests go to the relevant providers and can disclose technical connection data such as your IP address and browser request. Review the providers’ current privacy information before using the map.
Booking and affiliate links
Hotel searches on Hotelado send your selected destination, dates and guest details to Nuitée to retrieve offers. Reservations made through our checkout also involve the booking information described above. Where an external affiliate link is provided, it may pass search details and technical request information through a tracking redirect to that provider; external services have their own privacy policies.
Reservation records and access
Booking references, reservation status, selected offers and guest details are stored to process and manage your reservation. Private booking links act as access credentials; do not share them publicly. Authorized booking and payment providers receive the information required for their services. Hotelado sends booking confirmations and email-verification links through Resend, which receives the recipient email address and the message content needed for delivery. We have not established a single published retention period for every booking, support and infrastructure record. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion requests; records may need to be retained for booking administration or applicable obligations.
Email you send us
If you email [email protected], we receive the address and message content you choose to send, and may use them to reply or investigate a correction. Email systems and hosting providers may process that correspondence. No specific deletion or retention period has been established for this notice.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid optional map and booking-link requests by not using those features, and can contact us at [email protected] with a privacy question or request. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the processing. For information about data processed on an external booking or map service, contact that service directly.

Pinterest connection for the Hotelado owner
Hotelado’s owner can authorize an internal Pinterest integration through Pinterest’s OAuth consent screen. The current integration reads the connected account identity and boards. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in private server files outside the public website and are used only for authorized Pinterest API requests. Hotelado does not collect Pinterest passwords. Website visitors are not required to connect a Pinterest account. The owner can revoke this app’s access in Pinterest’s settings and request removal of the integration’s locally stored credentials and account verification data by contacting Hotelado. Pin publishing is not active in the current read-only version; this notice will be updated if its data use changes.
